David Luber is the new Vice President of National Marketing at Hard Rock International.
As the new VP, David Luber will focus on developing the company’s national and international gaming clientele and building strategic marketing alliances and brand loyalty. Formerly the Vice President of New Markets at Mohegan Sun, Luber says he’ll continue to provide guests with the best resort experience in his new position. “I plan to execute my marketing knowledge by continuously driving home the same goal all leisure guests have -- building unforgettable memories by selling invaluable experiences.”
Historically, the casino gambling industry in the United States has meant Last Vegas, and since 1978, Atlantic City. But it has greatly expanded in recent years to include riverboat casinos in a number of states, and low-limit, land-based casinos in several others. Additionally, Native American tribal casinos and bingo halls have opened in many states. And Americans have responded with great enthusiasm: according to a study completed in 2005, more people went to casinos in the United States than any professional sporting event, arena concerts, or Broadway show.
All Inclusive Collection – the brand that introduced the world’s first-ever all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels and Hard Rock-branded golf courses – is thrilled to announce its new company name, AIC Hotel Group. This name change serves as an indication of the brand’s commitment to diversify and expand its current portfolio to include EP hotels and reflects the evolution of the brand as a more all-encompassing collection. AIC Hotel Group is exclusively contracted by RCD Hotels to spearhead the sales and marketing efforts for the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean, as well as the recently added iconic Eden Roc Miami Beach and Nobu Hotel Miami Beach. Upcoming projects include the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos and a new luxury all-inclusive concept set to debut in Mexico in 2017.
David Luber has a degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from the University of North Florida, and certifications in Hospitality Marketing from Cornell University. At present, he is completing his masters in General Management at Harvard University.
